HOME?

After a year and a few short minths i find myself on the verge of being displaced. And am currently engaged in the search for a new domicile replete with house mate. either that or a one bedroom that accepts expats. the stress is piling up as the days roll by. all the while the list of things to do in preparation of the exodus grows ever larger. What to do, these are the things that one must endure in order to sustain a modicum of comfort. Any Suggestions?

I just finished Watching the latest installment of the Fast and Furious Franchise. I have to say it wasn't bad. Though not the film of the year for the Drama intensive crowds, i have to say it was definitely worth My time and money. Probably not something i would watch again. But as a car enthusiast I enjoyed the ride and was sufficiently entertained by the Cinematography, and of course the cars, oh the cars. I was definitely glad to see more muscle in this installment, nothing against the lightweight import cars, just comforting to see some solid cars with plenty of power and torque to spare. Cars that embody the real man's man Macho spirit that polished off the tone of the film.

Here's the basic story for those who are new to the franchise[Spoilers included] :
Fast & Furious is set between the second and the third film where the character Han (Sung Kang) is introduced before he dies in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.

Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) or better known as Dom is a wanted man for hijacking gasoline trucks. There is a 20-minute prequel showing the days where Dom and Letty are together in Dominican Republic, together with Han and a few others. When the FBI’s are closing on Dom, he leaves Letty and heads for Panama. But as soon as Dom learns that Letty has been killed, he heads to LA, where he vows to take revenge on the drug lord.

Dom and Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker) are hooked up by David Park, a mechanic to enter an illegal racing where the winners get to work for a man called Braga. Both Dom and O’Conner manage to finish first and second place respectively and they are transported to Mexico together with a couple of other previous winners without realizing their job is to do drug trafficking across US borders.

While the movie takes a slower dimension in terms of street racing, director Justin Lin takes us to a new whole level of car chasing by including underground tunnels.
My rating: 5.5/10

Adidas rocks the men's grooming market!

This is truly random: You only have one face unless you happen to be a conjoined twin. The real reason im saying this is because i just picked up some new face wash and lotion. not only is it Iconic, masculine, and sexy, but its effective, refreshing and smells nice to boot. Plus the Packaging is youthful and ultra manly. No frilly feminine stuff that will embarrass you at the cashier.

I know, I know, big deal its just face wash right? Well yes it is just face wash, but following the same logic a ferrari is just a car. What i like about this line of products is that its invigorating. When you use the Adidas Pure Skin face scrub not only do you feel refreshed but your skin looks and feels refreshed and visibly brighter. And if you use the daily cleanser, and Daily Protect lotion BAM! its like going for one of those fancy face treatments. One of the best parts it that its not girly at all, sure its gentle and smells nice, which arguably are feminine qualities. Adidas stays true to form with this line, in that skin care products need to perform and exhibit quality and reliability, just like your football boots, jerseys, and etc.

Having said that, when you use the products for just a few days you can see the difference looking back at you in the mirror. You'll notice that your skin is smoother and softer. As well as a more even skin tone. And you'll note that like a great facial product should, it leaves you with Healthy looking skin, not dry or oily. Partly due to the Cellular Active System which reinforces your skins natural defenses. Which is really important especially today, what with the deleted ozone, harmful UV rays, and increased pollution in the air. All of which really take a visible toll on our skin, especially the sensitive skin of the face. this stuff is great for those of you like me who lead active lives filled with outdoor sports and a hectic rarely balanced sleep pattern.

All in all this is a spectacular line of men's facial products. The Value for money you get with Adidas skincare for men is far better the competition. Blowing the competition out of the water, as you all know, is a trait found in any Adidas product. You can pick up these goodies at:

the end and the begining...

Happiness and direction are two things that don't necessarily go hand in hand. However it seems that in my case i managed to discover them both simultaneously from the same source. But before i get to that, a bit of background. A while ago i removed my self from a relationship that made me lose a part of myself. During the course of said r'ship I was riding a roller coaster of happiness and despair, and along the way i became someone that i, and those around me, didn't like very much. So when i realized the situation i was in it occurred to me that the only thing left to do was hand in my resignation and start rebuilding myself. And so with the help of good friends i climbed up out of the depths of sorrow and did the only thing one can do. adopted a pattern of retail therapy and socializing. Which led me to one event in particular...
